Bill Bailey will bring his ‘Limboland’ UK tour to The Spa’s Grand Hall for two shows on Wednesday November 11 and Thursday November 12.
Bill, who is a musician, actor and presenter as well as a comedian, has won a legion of fans through his TV work, which includes Never Mind The Buzzcocks, Black Books and QI.
But stand-up – when he mixes his surreal comedy with music – has always been Bill’s first love and he has toured extensively around the world including recent dates in the Southern Hemisphere.
As you’d expect from a Bill Bailey show, Limboland will be an absolute hoot, mixing his trademark musical deconstructions with whimsical flights of fancy and general grumbles.
Bill joins an incredible line up of comedians who are visiting The Spa in 2015 with Noel Fielding (February 6), Fascinating Aida (February 21), Stewart Lee (May 15), Alan Carr (July 10), Roy Chubby Brown (August 1) and Jimmy Carr (November 7) all set to visit the South Bay venue in the New Year.
Jo Ager, general manager of Scarborough Spa, said: “Our 2015 line up keeps going from strength to strength and it’s great for the venue and town that comedians are regularly choosing Scarborough as one of their tour destinations.”
Tickets go on general sale on Friday December 5 via www.scarboroughspa.co.uk or via The Spa Box Office (01723) 821888
