Paul Carrack has announced details of a new UK tour in 2017.

Acclaimed as one of the UK’s great singer songwriters and multi-instrumentalists, he will be playing 25 dates across the UK, including gigs at Sheffield Arena’s Steel Hall on February 24 and Nottingham’s Royal Concert Hall on March 4.

Balancing his career between his solo work and guesting on the current Eric Clapton album and tour, his widely-varied CV also includes working with Roxy Music, BB King, Nick Lowe, Roger Waters, Squeeze, Mike & Mechanics, Elton John, The Smiths and Ringo Starr to name just a few.

He has written such classics as How Long and co-written Love Will Keep Us Alive for the Eagles and Over My Shoulder with Mike Rutherford.

However, his solo career is his real passion.

He has now recorded 18 solo albums and the latest, Soul Shadows was his highest chart entry to date.

His sold-out shows have created a fan base who have come to love his live performances.

A firm favourite with Radio 2 listeners, Paul Carrack continues to stride forward on a hot streak of creativity that shows no signs of slowing down.

This new tour is his biggest-ever with the 25 UK shows adding to other international dates.

Never one to rest, he’s already planning a new album too.

Tickets for his Nottingham show are £8.50 and £30 and available now on 0115 9895555 or www.trch.co.uk

Tickets for his Sheffield show are £42.35 and £33 on 0114 2565656 or www.sheffieldarena.co.uk, or £31.50 & £40.43 in person from the box office.
