CLASSIC cinema and modern masterpiece movies are being shown at Gainsborough’s Trinity Arts in the next week as part of a great season of films.
On Friday 5th August at 1.30pm, there will be a Parent and Baby Screening of Arthur. In the role of a drunken playboy, Russell Brand’s Hollywood career takes another jerk forward with this re-make of a 1981 film starring Dudley Moore.
Later that evening at 7.30pm, Marilyn Munroe, Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon all star in the timeless classic Some Like It Hot.
Then, on Wednesday 10th August at 7.30pm, Louise Bourgin and Mathieu Amalric star in The Extraordinary Adventures of Adele Blanc-Sec. Derived from a popular French comic strip, no expense is spared in this thrilling and spooky adventure.
