Two victories and two clean sheets for Town side

Nettleham FC 0

GAINSBOROUGH clinched an emphatic victory over third placed Nettleham, who had won their first four league games without conceding.

Geno Robinson broke the deadlock after a neat one-two with Bognar to slip it under the onrushing keeper.

Nettleham got back in the game and it was only a fantastic acrobatic goal line clearance from Ashley Page which kept it 1-0.

Just after the half hour Town made it two and it was Lee Hutchinson who cut inside and placed a well drilled shot into the bottom corner.

Lill made it 3-0 with a rasping drive from 25 yards which flew past the keeper.

After the break Andrews drove into the box and was upended by the defender and Lill slotted away the penalty for his eighth goal of the season.

Town were home and dry when substitute Danny Martin made it five late on with a lob from 20 yards.
