Drivers are urged to take extra care on the roads this morning (Monday 14th October) as rain and surface water create hazardous conditions.
The rain should stop for a time later this morning with sunnier spells expected this afternoon.
But there is still the chance of some heavier rain showers around teatime.
Tuesday is a similar story with sunshine and showers dominating the forecast.
Wednesday will be cooler and cloudier, still with some showers possible.
While Thursday looks set to be the best day of the week - dry and with top temperatures of 15 deg C.
On Friday, however, the rain returns.
Daytime temperatures this week should average around 12 deg C. At night time it will stay around 9 deg C.
