Worksop: Death was caused by an accidental drug overdose

The verdict of an inquest into the death of a Worksop woman was recorded as an accidental drug overdose.

The inquest of Kerry Anne Taylor was heard by Nottingham Deputy Coroner Miss Heidi Connor today (Thursday).

Kerry passed away aged 40-years-old on 4th June 2013 after taking a deadly combination of alcohol and methodone.

She was pronounced dead at Bassetlaw Hospital.

The coroner believed that Kerry had not intended to kill herself and she said that her death was an unintentional outcome of a deliberate act.
