The trial of a teenager accused of unlawfully killing Worksop man Glen Kitchens continues this week.
The 16-year-old, who can not be named for legal reasons, faces a manslaughter charge relating to events on Saturday 6th April 2013.
Nottingham Crown Court heard last week how Mr Kitchens was killed by a single punch which knocked him to the floor and fractured his skull.
It happened at around 7.20pm on Bridge Street in the town centre after an alleged run-in with a gang of youths.
But the barrister defending the teenager on trial claims it was not him who threw the fatal blow.
The youth is expected to give evidence on the witness stand on Tuesday 29th or Wednesday 30th October, with the jury retiring to consider its verdict later in the week.
