There will be sunny intervals, but it won’t be long until scattered showers appear too. Another quite windy day.


Chancery Lane in Retford, northbound at the West Street junction is closed, because of roadworks.

Two way traffic lights will be in place on Town Street, Treswell from 8am to 8pm until 8th September. This is to allow for gas main works to be carried out.


Oldcotes car boot sale on the A634 Oldcotes to Blyth Road from 10am to 3pm.

It is now open on Wednesdays during the summer as well as every Sunday and bank holiday Mondays.

Entrance is £1 and parking is 50p.

Bassetlaw Landlords Association meeting at The Old Vicarage, Park Lane, Elkesley starting at 7pm.
