Would you know what to do if you suddenly needed to help a friend, family member, colleague, or even a complete stranger who was suffering a medical emergency?
Next month, HeartStart are holding free two-hour courses to show people exactly what to do, in a partnership between Five Villages First Responders, Misterton Fire Station, and the British Heart Foundation HeartStart covers basic life-saving skills, including how to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), how to deal with someone choking, or helping someone having a heart attack or a serious bleed.
The course is on Thursday, 24 September, from 7-9pm at Misterton Fire Station.
Places are limited so booking is essential.
