STAFF and students at Rotherham College of Arts and Technology were like rays of sunshine after doing their part for charity.
They wore yellow outfits including flower headbands, T-shirts, scarves and ties as part of the Go Yellow Day in aid of Rotherham Hospice. They raised £245.68 for the charity.
Lynne Clarke from RCAT, who organised the fundraising event said: “Our students are always willing to participate in fundraising events for local charities and we encourage them to develop new ideas to help the charities they choose to work with.”
She added they received support from local businesses including Wilkinsons and Boots.
