Hundreds of pupils were welcomed into a new multi-million-pound school this week as Ryton Park opened its doors to a new home.
The eagerly anticipated move to Sparken Hill saw the school amalgamate its previous two sites for the first time as kids went back to school in style.
The £9m campus boasts high-tech equipment, play areas, sports facilities and state-of-the-art learning environments to ensure its ethos of ‘every child counts’.
Headteacher Richard Lilley said he wanted to have the best tools available to give each child the best start in life.
