Shooting Fish Theatre Company has teamed up with Trinity Arts Centre to create The Two Day Theatre Challenge.

They are offering young people the chance to show off their creativity and performance skills by making a play in just two days.

“You don’t need to have acting experience, just bags of enthusiasm and a passion for performing, writing or directing,” a spokesman said.

“The Two Day Theatre Challenge will offer young people the chance to use their ideas to make a new, unique and exciting piece of theatre. They can expect to take part in drama games, learn new acting skills, have a go at directing, improvise and perform on a professional stage at the end of it all.”

If you are between 11 and 18-years-old and have an urge for the spotlight then sign up to The Two Day Theatre Challenge by calling Laura at Shooting Fish Theatre Company by calling 01522 787 080.

Or you can e-mail info@shootingfish.co.uk or find them at www.facebook.com/ShootingFishTheatre.

Sessions take place on Wednesday 17th and Thursday 18th August at Trinity Arts Centre, Gainsborough from 10.30am - 3.30pm.

The performance will take place at 2.45pm on Thursday 18th August, again at The Trinity Arts Centre.

The price is £20 for the two days and the final performance is free.

Shooting Fish will also be returning to start a new youth theatre company in September at the Trinity Arts Centre.
