Danny Buckler headlines the latest edition of the Comedy Club at The Well in Retford.

And we have a pair of tickets to give away for the show.

But you’ll need to be quick to get your entry in as it takes place next Wednesday (18th June).

Danny Buckler made his TV debut with Channel 4’s Danny Does Tricks and toured with Victoria Wood, including being part of the acclaimed London West End Show “Victoria Wood and Friends”.

Danny then went on to host The Secrets of Magic on BBC1 and has frequently appeared on television on game shows as well as offering his opinion as a talking head on Channel 5 shows.

In 2011, toured the UK with Channel 4 star Jon Richardson and in the past he has also toured tour with such stars as Ricky Gervais and Bob Monkhouse.

In 2012, he took his one-man show, The Phantom, to the Edinburgh festival to great critical acclaim.

He intends to return to Edinburgh this year with his new show The Better Anecdote.

Support on the night comes from Mark Palmer, who for 12 years built up a reputation as one of South Africa’s most in-demand comedians before he moved to the UK in 2012.

Host for the night will be Rhodri Rhys, who regularly performs at Jongleurs, the Comedy Cafe and the Laughing Horse in London.

The evening starts at 8pm with doors opening at 7pm.

Tickets are £8 in advance on 01777 702344 or £10 on the night.

However, we have a pair of tickets to give away to the readers who can answer this simple question: On which channel did Danny Buckler make his TV debut? a) Sky Sports? b) Channel 4? c) CNN?
