Matthew Bourne’s magical dance production of Edward Scissorhands is coming to Nottingham’s Theatre Royal next week.

Based on the classic Tim Burton movie and featuring the beautiful music of Danny Elfman and Terry Davies, specially recorded for the show, this touching and witty love story tells the bittersweet tale of a boy left alone and unfinished in a strange new world.

It is a parable for our times about the ultimate outsider, whose journey builds to an unforgettable finale filled with theatrical magic.

Starring Dominic North and Ashley Shaw, the show runs from next Tuesday to Saturday (20th to 24th January) at 7.30pm each night, plus matinees at 2pm on Thursday and 2.30pm on Saturday.

Tickets are £19 to £39.50 all performances except the Thursday matinee, when tickets are £17 to £29.50.

All tickets are available from the box office on 0115 9895555 or online at www.trch.co.uk
