Rock legends Iron Maiden are back in the UK for an extensive arena tour on their Final Frontier World Tour.

They will be playing in Sheffield at the Motorpoint Arena on Sunday 24th July.

Frontman Bruce Dickinson is sure to think of his roots in Worksop and Sheffield when he performs a highlight from the new album – a track called Coming Home.

Speaking ahead of the tour, founder member Steve Harris said: “Everything in the Maiden camp has been so full on these last five years or so that we haven’t travelled around the UK to play for our home fans for almost that long.”

“We intend to take the full stadium show into the UK arenas and fit everything we possibly can into each venue.”

“The set list will be different to this year’s tour. Of course we will play more songs from the new album and some other recent material, but we intend to include a healthy dose of older fan favourites too for those who haven’t seen us before, plus a spectacular light show and stage set.

Special guests for Iron Maiden’s Sheffield date are confirmed as Aussie rockers Airbourne.

“We can’t wait to open fire upon that hallowed stage. Long live Metal, long live Maiden,” said Airbourne.
