Fortunately he suffered nothing worse than bad bruising and friction burns.
Graham Waters and Paul Austin spent Sunday afternoon training with the League of Veteran Racing Cyclists, again at Manchester Velodrome.
Roger Pennington, Nigel Richardson and Keith Rolfe participated in the Annual Tommy Simpson 55 mile reliability ride.
The club ride this Sunday will be to Saxilby.
