Badgers bag Bettney
RETFORD United have welcomed new signing Chris Bettney to the club, after signing the right winger from UniBond Premier Division side Bradford Park Avenue.
Bettney, 31, had league experience with Sheffield United as a trainee, Hull City, Chesterfield, Rochdale and Macclesfield Town, amassing over 70 league appearances.
The winger can play up front and has played non league football recently with Alfreton Town, Worksop Town and Harrogate Town.
He made his debut in the game against Rushall Olympic on Saturday.
