DAIWA HALLCROFT ROUND-UP
WITH the Retford venue's carp finishing their spawning cycle, pole fished cat meat and paste has been tempting plenty of lumps on the long pole on all four ponds.

On the moat pool meat fished shallow at 13 metres has been responsible for competition nets of carp and bream to 80lb with pole fished worm and caster on the short pole taking nets of quality silver fish in excess of 40lb.

Roger and his son Robert can personally vouch that the Reed pool is producing quality pleasure nets to short pole fished pellet taking carp and slab bream.

l THE annual inter-schools match is to be held again at Hallcroft on 19th July.

All schools competing have now been sent final details of the event, but please note entry is only available through your school.
