RETFORD are rotted to the bottom of the Championship after a fourth loss in their first five games of the season.
Solid knocks from Richard Grainger, Matty Cartwright and Ed Brown were enough to see Kiveton Park to victory, with Richard Spurr and James Hubball keeping the Retford batsmen under control.

At Stone Close: KIVETON PARK 249 for 4 (Richard Grainger 62, Matty Cartwright 58, Ed Brown 51) beat RETFORD 135 all out (Richard Spurr 4 for 19, James Hubball 3 for 31) by 114 runs. Points – Kiveton Park 20 Retford 1.
Division Two
At Clumber Park: CLUMBER PARK (6) 223 for 6, lost to RETFORD II (18) 224 for 5 by five wickets. Points – Clumber Park 6 Retford II 18.
