Ever wondered what it is like to drive an ambulance and help people in need of medical assistance every day?

Find out today (Tuesday 20th August 2013) at Worksop Library.

East Midlands Ambulance Service is visiting the library, on Memorial Avenue in Worksop, to meet members of the public.

Visitors can learn how to deliver basic life saving skills, take blood pressure, learn about defibrillators and how to tie bandages.

The Ambulance Heritage Society will also bring along vintage ambulances for people to look around.

Find out more by calling the library on 01909 535353 or visit www.nottinghamshire.gov.uk/learning/libraries/events to see events at your nearest library this summer.
