The following people from the Worksop and Retford areas have recently appeared before the courts.

FRAUD

Richard Padley, 29, of High Hoe Road, Worksop. Made a false representation, namely organising the sale of mixing decks intending to obtain monies and then fail to deliver mixing decks to the buyer, intending to make a gain of £500. Fined £110. Also ordered to pay £500 in compensation.

THEFT

Micheal Green, 49, of Lancastrian Way, Worksop. Stole cheese, sausages, gammon and special brew, to the value of £27.90, belonging to Sainsbury’s. Ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £150 and £27.90 in compensation.

Stevie Richards, 34, of Clinton Street, Worksop. Stole meat products, to the value of £96, belonging to Asda. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs, £15 victim surcharge and £96 in compensation.

Daniel Hall, 20, of Clinton Street, Worksop. Stole 20 garden slabs to the value of £400. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £180, £42.50 court costs and £200 in compensation.

Eugene Lynch, 55, of London Road, Retford. Stole bottles of alcohol, to a value unknown, belonging to Asda. Stole two bottles of red wine, to a value unknown, beloging to Home Bargains. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement.

Jade Wilson, 25, of Brecks Road, Retford. Stole three boxes of wine, to the value of £45 and a hoover to the value of £49.99, beloging to Family Bargains. Community order with rehabilitation activity requirement. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £150 and £45 in compensation.

Lee Fullwood, 45, of Exchange Street, Retford. Stole meat and various seafood items belonging to a pub. Community order made with curfew requirement.

MOTORING

Christine Van Oorschot, 65, of Grange View, Harworth. Drink driving. Disqualified from driving from 17 months. Fined £240. Also ordered to pay a £150 criminal courts charge, £85 court costs and a £25 victim surcharge.

Dean Thompson, 46, of Yew Tree Road, Retford. Speeding. Fined £90. Driving record endorsed with three points. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a £20 victim surcharge.

ASSAULT

Richard Bradford, 28, fo Edinburgh Road, Worksop. Assaulted a man by beating him. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £50 in compensation.

Mary Millington, 19, of Netherton Road, Worksop. Assaulted a community support officer acting in the execution of their duty. Ordered to pay £100 in compensation.

Levi Johnson, 25, of Rampton Hospital, Retford. Assaulted a man and a woman by beating them. Ordered to pay £100 in compensation. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £150 and £85 in court costs.

BREACH

Dale Catton, 25, of Claylands Avenue, Worksop. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend appointments as instructed. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement.
