Fashion students from Rotherham College of Arts and Technology have designed clothing to make it safer for pedestrians out on our roads at night.

The level three BTEC Fashion and Clothing students had to create a collection of garments including accessories, hats and bags in association with the South Yorkshire Safer Roads Partnership road safety project.

The project promotes safety on the roads at night to prevent injury and death.

They used reflective screen paints, tape and sprays to create their designs making the pedestrian more visible to drivers when it’s dark.
