WEATHER

A sunny start for most. Cloud will develop and lead to scattered showers late morning onwards in some areas. Showers will dry out this evening to leave a dry night.

TRAVEL

Chancery Lane in Retford, northbound at the West Street junction is closed, because of roadworks.

Station Road in Beckingham will be closed from its junction with A631 Beckingham Bye Pass for a distance of 245 metres in a north westerly direction. It will be closed from 7am on Monday 20th June to 6pm on Sunday 3rd July. This is to allow for carriageway resurfacing works.

WHAT’S ON

Retailers event at the Council Chambers, Retford Town Hall.

The event is designed to help retailers make the most of their business and gain competitive edge.

It will cover three main topics - attracting customers into the store, converting customers once into the store and retaining customers who have bought from you.

The event is from 5.30pm-8.30pm and is free to attend. A light buffet will be provided/
