WEATHER

A grey, misty start with light rain or drizzle around but brightening up this morning with sunny intervals for this afternoon.

TRAVEL

Chancery Lane in Retford, northbound at the West Street junction is closed, because of roadworks.

Smeath Lane in Clarborough closed to allow for carriageway patching works to 26th June.

Station Road in Beckingham will be closed from its junction with A631 Beckingham Bye Pass for a distance of 245 metres in a north westerly direction. It will be closed from 7am on Monday 20th June to 6pm on Sunday 3rd July. This is to allow for carriageway resurfacing works.

WHAT’S ON

Free Water Vole workshop at Chesterfield Canal near Misterton from 9.30am - 1.30pm.

British Waterways and Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust are running a workshop to look for field signs of the endangered water vole, as well as other riparian mammals such as mink.
