WEATHER

Most places will start the day cloudy with some occasional light rain or drizzle. Things will improve with skies brightening after midday to give some sunshine. There maybe some showers in the afternoon.

TRAVEL

Chancery Lane in Retford, northbound at the West Street junction is closed, because of roadworks.

Temporary 10mph speed restriction from Ordsall Road, Retford from its junction with Northumbria Drive and West Hill Road, Retford from its junction with Northumbria Drive. The restriction is in place from 8am today until 6pm on Sunday 21st August and is to allow for carriageway resurfacing works.

Lime Tree Avenue in Retford will be closed from its junction with A620 Hospital Road for a distance of 30 metres from 7.30am on Monday 15th August to 7pm on Sunday 21st August. This is to allow for drainage improvement works.

WHAT’S ON

Family fun swimming at the pool at Misterton Primary School from 11am to 2pm.

The session may be restricted to an hour depending on demand. Only £2 per person and under fives are free.
