WEATHER

A cloudy start to the day and perhaps the odd spot of rain around. Most places though should be dry and the cloud will thin to give some afternoon sunshine.

Remaining dry throughout the night with some good clear spells. A few mist patches may form later and with perhaps a slight ground frost developing in some rural parts.

TRAVEL

Chancery Lane in Retford still closed northbound at the West Street junction, because of roadworks.

Outgang Lane in Treswell still closed in both directions at the Cow Pasture Lane junction, because of roadworks.

WHAT’S ON

Retford Local Wildlife Group - AGM and quiz.

Join the Retford Local Wildlife Group for their AGM, followed by a short wildlife talk by a local speaker, refreshments and a wildlife quiz.

It begins at 7.30pm at Goodwin Hall, Chancery Lane, Retford. Admission is £1.50.
