WEATHER

A bright start with some pleasant sunshine but with a few scattered light showers developing for a time. Becoming more generally cloudy during the afternoon, with rain Friday evening.

TRAVEL

Chancery Lane in Retford, northbound at the West Street junction is closed, because of roadworks.

Smeath Lane in Clarborough closed to allow for carriageway patching works to 26th June.

Station Road in Beckingham will be closed from its junction with A631 Beckingham Bye Pass for a distance of 245 metres in a north westerly direction. It will be closed from 7am on Monday 20th June to 6pm on Sunday 3rd July. This is to allow for carriageway resurfacing works.

WHAT’S ON

De Burnays School of Dance presents Alice in Wonderland - The American Dream at Retford Majestic Theatre.

Alice meets all her friends on holiday again in America.

Shows are 7pm on Friday and 2pm and 7pm on Saturday.

All tickets are £8, family tickets £30.
