More torture than torch

If you thought the Bassetlaw Torch was bad - just look at Rotherham’s version.

It looks like some sort of medieval implement of torture, or agricultural tool.

Those rusty, twisted, sharp prongs of metal don’t look very safe, either. Especially as children are going to be carrying this thing around.

Surprised it made it past the ‘elf and safety zealots.
