A woman who drunkenly urinated behind Bassetlaw Council’s offices has appeared at Worksop Magistrates’ Court.
Nicola Moore, 41, who gave her address as Long Lane, Carlton, wept as the charge was read out. She was found guilty at a previous hearing.
The court heard Moore had fallen down the court steps on 5th June 2013. Defending, Jamie Ratcliffe said: “She was intoxicated. I was concerned she had banged her head. I called an ambulance.”
After that, Moore squatted behind the Queen’s Building and was arrested by police. Said Mr Ratcliffe: “She desperately needs help.”
She was handed a 12 month conditional discharge and must pay £15 surcharge.
