A 22-year-old Doncaster man has been charged with theft after diamond rings were stolen from a shop in Retford.

However detectives are still keen to speak to the man pictured as they think he may have vital information about the incident, which happened at The Jewel Box in Carolgate at around 3.35pm last Monday (13th January 2014).

Ben Wilshire, of Waverley Avenue, was arrested and charged at the weekend. He remains in police custody until his appearance before Mansfield magistrates today (Monday 20th January 2014).
