Theft

Ian Hamilton, 35, of Darrel Road, Retford. Shoplifting. Stole an amount of children’s clothes to the value of £42. Community order of 12 months with drug rehabilitation requirement. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60.

Peter Downs, 40, of Winifred Street, Worksop. Stole a wallet containing cash and a computer to the value of £427. 12 month prison sentence suspended for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £400 compensation.

Susan Barton, 40, of Godfrey’s Court, Worksop. Shoplifting. Stole washing up liquid. Committed to prison for four weeks suspended for 12 months.

Richard Roberts, 44, of Thoresby Road, Mansfield. Stole a white gold ring to the value of £350. Committed to prison for 21 weeks suspended for 12 months. Restraining order made. Also ordered to pay compensation of £250.

Shawn Harris, 38, of of Princes Street, Mansfield. Shoplifting- stole groceries. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Also ordered to pay compensation of £8, victim surcharge of £15 and and £85 court costs.

Assault

Karen Hunt, 40, of Rampton Hospital, Retford. Assaulted a man and woman by beating them. Ordered to pay £1, 600 compensation and £85 court costs.

Dean Lane, 34, of Maun Close, Retford. Assaulted a woman. Six week prison sentence suspended for 24 months. Also ordered to pay victim surcharge £85 and court costs £85.

Rebecca Burridge, 28, of Long Lane, Carlton-in-Lindrick. Assaulted another woman by beating her. Discharged conditionally for two years. Ordered to pay compensation of £75, victim surcharge of £15 and court costs of £50.

Disorder

Amdrew O’Grady, 19, of Chesterton Drive, Worksop. Used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him. Community order made, 40 hours of unpaid work. Also ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

Drugs

Adam Barr, 32, of of Hallcroft Road, Retford.

Produced a quantity of cannabis . Conditionally discharged for 12 months. Ordered to pay victim surcharge of £15 and court costs of £85.

Motoring

Jane Neal, 50, of Dunsil Road, Mansfield. Drink driving. 10 week prison sentence suspended for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

Levi Dwyer, 19, of Rushey Close, Worksop. Damaged a car intending to destroy or damage such property. Eight week community order made with supervision requirement. Also ordered to pay victim surcharge £60 and court costs of £85.

Lavoy Hall, 23, of Victoria Street, Selston. Drove a car without a full licence. Fined £55 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £65.

Miroslav Mihok, 27, of Broxtowe Drive, Mansfield. Five counts of speeding. Disqualified from driving for six months. Fined £145. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

Katie Coyle, 42, of Forest Town, Mansfield. Speeding. Fined £250. Also ordered to pay victim surcharge of £25 and court costs of £85.

breach

Lyndsey Fox, 32, of Chapelgate, Retford. Failed tocomply with the community requirement of a suspended sentence. 16 week prison sentence suspended for 12 months.

Daren Morley, 47, of Low Town Close, Worksop. Drank alcohol in a public place despite ABSO. Committed to prison for 28 days.

Other

Victor Pegg, 54, of Cobwell Road, Retford. Pursued a course of conduct which resulted in the harassment of a woman. Committed to prison for 10 weeks.

Christopher Cale, 43, of Princes Street, Mansfield. Damaged a TV, toaster, washing machine and toilet seat. Committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 12 months. Also ordered to pay compensation of £500.

Michelle Croft, 38, of ShrewsburyRoad, Worksop. Child failed to regularly attend school. Fined £55, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £25, court costs of £55.
