Theft

Andrzej Urny, 21, of Manvers Street, Worksop. Stole a stapler and magazines. Community order made to carry out 60 hours of supervised unpaid work over the next 12 months. Ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge.

Carole Burgess, 25, of Greenacre Road, Worksop. Stole coffee. Discharged conditionally for six months. Order to pay £15 victim surcharge.

Andrew Bramner, 50, of Claters Close, Retford. Stole cheese and alcohol. Community order made to attend drug rehabilitation to be reviewed every five weeks for nine months and to attend supervised appointments with a responsible officer. Ordered to pay £30 compensation and £60 victim surcharge.

Chantelle Dainty, 29, of Garside Street, Worksop. Stole food, toiletries and household items. Community order made to have mental health treatment under supervision as a non-patient for six months and to attend supervised appointments with a responsible officer for six months. Ordered to pay £35.75 compensation, £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

Motoring

Richard Smalley, 53, of Magpie Lane, Habblesthorpe. Driving while disqualified and without insurance. Sentenced to eight weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months. Disqualified from diving until test passed. Licence endorsed with eight points. Ordered to pay £85 costs and £80 victim surcharge.

Jonathan Robinson, 20, of Jubilee Gardens, Whitwell. Failed to register a vehicle under the required insurance levels. Fined £50, ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge.

Michael Stinson, 46, of Southdene Worksop. Drink driving. Disqualified from driving for three years. Fined £100, ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge.

Assault

Jordan Gladwin, 20, of Swaldale, Worksop. Assaulted and harrased a woman. Sentenced to 18 weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months. Ordered to attend 10 sessions of the Alcohol Project over 10 days and attend supervised appointments with a responsible officer or person. Ordered to pay £150 compensation and £80 victim surcharge.

Alan Hughes, 23, of High Street, Ordsall. Assaulted a man and damaged property. Ordered to attend six sessions of the Alcohol Project over six days and attend supervised appointments with a responsible officer or person. Fined £50, ordered to pay £140 compensation.

Daniel Kenyon, 30, of Queens Road, Hodthorpe. Assaulted two women. Community order made to carry out 100 hours of supervised unpaid work over the next 12 months. Ordered to pay £75 compensation, £165 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

James Donnellon, 58, of Sandhill Street, Worksop. Assaulted two men. Community made not to go to 84 Sandhill Street, Worksop or contact directly or indirectly Robert Smith for 12 months. Ordered to pay £50 compensation, £100 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

Damage

Steven Barker, 25, of Chestnut Mews, Langold. Damaged two windows on a woman’s car. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, ordered to pay £90 compensation and £20 victim surcharge.

Charlie Scott, 23, of Manton Crescent, Worksop. Damaged rear window on a woman’s car. Ordered to attend 10 sessions of the Alcohol Project over 10 days and attend supervised appointments with a responsible officer or person. Ordered to pay £195 compensation and £60 victim surcharge.

Drugs

Brian Fagan, 41, of Lincoln Street, Worksop. Possession of a Class A drug. Fined £110, ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Alan Johnson, 34, of Amanda Road, Harworth. Possession of a Class B drug and driving without a licence. Disqualified from diving until test passed. Licence endorsed with five points. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge.

Breach

Joanne Turner, 35, of The Croft, Worksop. Failed to comply with community order. Existing curfew extended by two weeks.

Ryan Raw, 26, of Devonshire Road, Ordsall. Failed to comply with community order. Fined £80.

Lee Pressley, 42, of Raines Avenue, Worksop. Failed to comply with community order and surrender to custody. Fined £150 and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge.

Paige Smith, 20, of Low Town Street, Worksop. Failed to comply with community order. Fined £20.
