Motoring

Simon Hough, 28, of Middle Meadow, Shireoaks: Drink driving. Disqualified for three years, fined £450, ordered to pay £45 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Michael Lowe, 32, of Netherton Road, Worksop: Driving while using a mobile phone. Fined £200, ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Vicky Copley, 37, of Ordsall Road, Retford: Speeding. Fined £85, ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge. Licence endorsed with four points.

Peter Foster, 63, of Vickers Walk, Worksop: Driving while disqualified. fined £225.

Derek Hopkinson, 20, of Forest Hill Park, Worksop: Driving without insurance. Disqualified for 12 months, fined £75, ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Darren Smith, 44, of California Lane, Barlborough: Speeding. Fined £40, ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge. Licence endorsed with three points.

Darrell Carter, 25, of Thicket Drive, Maltby: Speeding. Fined £200, ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Johnny Newbury, 22, of Longfellow Drive, Worksop: Driving a vehicle in unroadworthy condition. Fined £75, ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Assault

Jordan Kirk, 19, of Shelley Street, Worksop: Assaulted two men. Community order made to carry out 200 hours unpaid supervised work. Ordered to pay £100 compensation.

Melissa Owen, 25, of West Hill Road, Retford: Assaulted two men and damaged two cars. Fined £200, ordered to pay £140 compensation, £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Michael Waddingham, 28, of Keats Crescent, Worksop: Assaulted a woman. Sentenced to eight weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months. Ordered to attend probation appointments and to pay £85 costs and £80 victim surcharge.

Theft

Hayley Owen, 26, of Richmond Road, Worksop: Stole cheese. Discharged conditionally for six months, ordered to pay £21.45 compensation.

Joanne Turner, 35, of Kilton Hill, Worksop: Stole food and household cleaning products. Breached community order. Three month electronic curfew imposed, ordered to pay £20 compensation.

Deborah Clamp, 29, of Plantation Hill, Worksop: Stole clothes. Six-week curfew imposed, ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge.

Ashley Miller, 33, of Grafton Street, Worksop: Stole bedding. Sentenced to eight weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay £44.97 compensation and £80 victim surcharge.

Philip Pauk, 39, of Queen Street, Worksop: Stole electric razor, failed to surrender to custody and breached suspended sentence order. Sentenced to nine weeks in prison, eight suspended for 12 months.

Darryl Wilson, 23, of Edinburgh Walk, Manton: Stole a wheel clamp. Fined £200, ordered to pay £58 compensation and £85 costs.

Craig Hull, 33, of Lynchett Lane, Worksop: Stole meat and coffee. Community order made to attend drug programme and probation appointments for 12 months and ordered to pay £241.68 compensation.

Martin Heath, 33, of Lowtown Close, Worksop: Stole meat and clothes. Sentenced to 14 weeks in prison.

Daniel Markham, 34, of The Croft, Worksop: Stole clothing. Community order made to attend supervised appointments with responsible officer and ordered to pay £210 compensation.

Nichola Moore, 41, of Gateford Road, Worksop: Stole sungalsses. Discharged conditionally for six months, ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge.

Drugs

Desmond Harris, 32, of Gateford Road, Worksop: Possession of a Class A drug.Discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge.

Other

Shaun Barton-Hanson, 35, of Gateford Road, Worksop: Found in enclosed yard for unlawful purpose and stole groceries. Discharged conditionally for six months, ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge.

Jonathan Oddy, 45, of Eshton Rise, Bawtry: Damaged personal belongings, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour and breached community order. Fined £150, ordered to pay £100 compensation, £300 costs and £30 victim surcharge.
