The following people have recently appeared in court at Rotherham, Worksop and Mansfield:

Alcohol

Mark Dolan, 35, Ratcliffe Gate, Mansfield. Consumption of alcohol in prohibited area, namely Titchfield Park. Fined £40 and ordered to pay £20 court costs.

DRUGS

Kyle Draycott, 21, Sandy Lane, Mansfield. Possession of class B drug amphetamine. Fined £375 and ordered to pay $30 court costs and a a £20 victim surcharge.

THEFT

Terri Stables, 23, Theaker Avenue, Gainsborough. Stole Gillette razors to the value of £23.27 from M&R Pharmacy in Bircotes. Fined £60 and ordered to pay compensation of £20, £20 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Anthony Keith Burton, 31, Whinney Lane, Ollerton. Stole two sat navs to the value of £220 each, and failed to surrender to custody. Six week prison sentence per theft and four weeks for failing to surrender, to run consecutively. Total sentence 16 weeks.

Jamie Patrick Lee, 23, George Street, Worksop. Three counts of theft from Halfords, two of spray cans to the value of £6.49 and one of a spray gun to the value of £30. Found in an enclosed yard for an unlawful purpose. Prison sentence of four weeks per offence, to be served concurrently.

Daniel Christopher Northridge, 21, no fixed abode. Stole legal high drugs to the value of £70, cash to the value of a £10 and a mobile phone of value unknown from victims. Prison sentence of five months, one month and two months respectively, to run consecutively. Total sentence of eight months.

ASSAULT

Kevan Page, 45, Mary Street, Rhodesia. Assaulted a man in Rhodesia. Ordered to pay compensation of £25, £40 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

Michael Yates, 55, High Street, Warsop. Assaulted a man in Warsop. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

Gareth Simpson, 30, Edingley Drive, Mansfield. Assaulted a man in Mansfield. Discharged conditionally for six month, and ordered to pay compensation of £100 and £20 court costs.

Motoring

Anthony Russell, 71, Green Rise, Rawmarsh. Driving without due care and attention. Fined £150 and ordered to pay £100 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Mason Trevor Holt, 21, Dickens Road, Worksop. Driving while disqualified, without insurance, and causing an accident. Ordered to complete 190 hours of unpaid work in the community, and pay £150 compensation. Driving licence endorsed with ten penalty points.

Hal James Osborne, 31, Doe Quarry Lane, Dinnington. Failed to comply with a red traffic light. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

Yasin Duru, 47, Newcastle Avenue, Worksop. Speeding on the A60 Woodhouse Road. Fined £265 and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge. Licence endorsed with four penalty points.

Zak Bollington, 27, Mason Street, Sutton. Driving a motorcycle without insurance and in a manner other than in accordance with an appropriate licence. Fined £160 and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge. Driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.

OTHER

Matthew Kirk, 24, Manor Grove, Worksop. Carrying a knife in a public place. Prison sentence of six weeks, suspended sentence of eight weeks activated. Total sentence of 14 weeks. Knife recovered and destroyed by police.

Eifion Watson, 19, Newcastle Avenue, Worksop. Using threatening or abusive words or behaviour leading another person to believe that unlawful violence would be used, criminal damage of £600 to a window. Community order with requirement to attend alcohol treatment and Bassetlaw Training Centre for six months, and ordered to pay compensation of £50.

Katie Green, 23, Main Street, Blidworth. Fraud by false representation, namely when working for Countrywide Residential lettings changed the bank account details of a landlord to her own personal account and made payments into the account, with the intend to make financial gain of £4,862.50. Prison sentence of 12 weeks suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80, and complete 200 hours of supervised unpaid work in the community.
