Alcohol

Darren Leonard Morley, Queen Street, Worksop. Failed to comply with instructions to leave an area from police when his presence was likely to contribute towards alcohol-related crime or disorder. Fined £50 and ordered to pay £30 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

April Michele Liversidge, 49, Wellesley Close, Worksop. Drunk and disorderly on Bridge Street, Worksop. Fined £70 and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Order Breach

Felicity Ruth Evans, 23, Netherton Road, Worksop. Failed to comply with requirements of community order. Curfew imposed between 9pm and 6am, ordered to carry out 90 hours of unpaid work under supervision and pay £75 court costs.

Ashley Michael Stuart Smith, 18, Coronation Street, Retford. Failed to comply with requirements of youth rehabilitation order. Curfew imposed between 10pm and 6am for three months and ordered to carry out 40 hours of unpaid work under supervision.

Giles Graham Gosling, 36, Carolgate, Retford. Failed to comply with requirements of community order. Imposed curfew between 9pm and 6am extended by three weeks and ordered to pay £40 court costs.

THEFT

Susan Pimperton. 60, The Pines, Worksop. Stole cash of unknown value from a woman in Langold. Prison sentence of 22 weeks suspended for one year, ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work under supervision, pay £500 court costs and an £80 victim surcharge.

Philip Charles Pauk, 39, Queen Street, Worksop. Stole Philips electric razors worth £69.92 from Asda, coffee worth £36 from One Stop and Captain Morgan whiskey worth £14 from Asda. Prison sentence of 16 weeks per offence, to be served concurrently.

William Joseph Gamble, 26, no fixed abode. Stole a Playstation game worth £18 from Tesco. Detention of 90 days suspended for six months.

Assault

Damian Drazdauskas, 26, Brecon Ward, Rampton Hospital, Retford. Assaulted a man in Retford. Ordered to pay compensation of £250, £85 court costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Adam David Smith, 27, London Road, Retford. Assaulted two women in Retford. Fined £350.

Craig Bernard McSherry, 21, Doncaster Road, Langold. Assaulted a man in Worksop. Fined £230 and ordered to pay compensation of £50, £85 court costs and a £23 victim surcharge.

MOTORING

Glenn Storey, 24, Chesterton Drive, Worksop. Driving without insurance. Licence endorsed with six penalty points, fined £160, and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

David Gordon Price, 29, Manse Avenue, Creswell. Driving without insurance or an appropriate licence. Licence endorsed with six penalty points, fined £600 and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

Brent Wesley Johnson, 32, Gateford Rise, Worksop. Speeding in a 30mph zone. Licence endorsed with five penalty points, fined £160 and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

Nathan Noah Mitchell, 25, Rayton Spur, Worksop. Speeding in a 30mph zone. Licence endorsed with four penalty points, fined £45 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Claire Louise Cooper, 44, Low Street, North Wheatley, Retford. Speeding in a 30mph zone. Licence endorsed with three penalty points, fined £65 and ordered to pay £35 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

Karen Harte, 37, Willow Avenue, Ranskill, Retford. Speeding in a 30mph zone. Licence endorsed with six penalty points, fined £65 and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

OTHER

Ashley Marie Rodgers, 22, Hardwick Road West, Worksop. Failed to inform Bassetlaw District Council of a change in circumstances affecting entitlement to Housing and Council Tax benefit and Income Support. Ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work under supervision and pay £100 court costs.

Anthony Keith Burton, 31, Whinney Lane, Ollerton. Possession of stolen goods, namely fishing equipment and free weights. Ordered to take part in drug rehabilitation programme and pay £60 court costs.
