Retford Post Office damaged in 'ram raid'

A RETFORD post office is boarded up after a 'ram raid' attack in the early hours of this morning.

Notts Police are appealing for witnesses to the raid on the post office on Hallcroft Road.

Two vehicles, a dark coloured four-by-four vehicle and a flat-bed lorry, are believed to have been involved. Both vehicles were seen in the immediate area.

Anyone who saw the incident or has information should contact Detective Constable Rachael Butler at Retford CID 01909-500999 ext 7468 or anonymously Crimestoppers 0800-555111.
