Not sure what to do with your Valentine’s cards when the day is over and done with?

Veolia, who manage Worksop Household Waste Recycling Centre, is encouraging residents to use their recycling bins for paper and cards this Valentine’s Day, including wrapping paper and cardboard packaging.

Kevin Parker, regional communications manager for Veolia Environmental Services said: “Our aim is to encourage everyone in Notts to do their bit and love their local environment by recycling their cards and wrapping paper from Valentine’s Day. Our mantra is the 3Rs – Reduce, Reuse, Recycle but for Valentines’ Day make it the 5Rs with Roses and Romance too!” he said.
