A CONSULTATION workshop outlining plans for 23 homes off Hallcroft Avenue is to take place on 6th February.

Developers Persimmon Homes are seeking feedback for their plans for a mix of three and four bedroom houses of the P A Business Systems site before submitting a formal planning application.

Outline planning permission for a residential development was granted on 18th October 2010.

Regional Land Director Simon Usher said: “The exhibition will be an informal, open door event, in a workshop format – i.e. pictures for you to see, and plans available for you to draw on.”

The developers are seeking comments on access, siting of buildings, appearance of buildings, boundary treatments, open space and landscaping.

The consultation workshop will take place from 2.30pm and 7.30pm on Monday 6th February at the P A Business Systems site.

“Please note that the principle of development has lawfully been established by the granting of the outline permission,” Mr Usher added.

“This application is to apply for approval of the details only.”
