GPs can now review all diabetes data in one place with new online support tool Diabetes Practice Profiles (DPP).

Diabetes is a growing problem set to affect one in 12 people by 2020. An estimated 2.5 million people suffer from the condition in the UK. Treatment accounts for an estimated 10 per cent of the annual NHS budget.
