Dealing with complaints

LANDLORDS, residents and tenants are invited to a workshop next week to discuss the possibility of forming a panel to deal with tenant complaints in Rotherham.

Rotherham Federation of Tenants and Residents is hosting the workshop between 10am-12.30pm on Tuesday 8th January at Springwell Gardens Community Centre.

It will look at the possibility of setting up a multi-landlord Designated Tenant Panel and will be followed by a buffet lunch.
