Theft

Kelly Marie Burke, 33, Netherton Road, Worksop. Stole a joint of beef and tub of coffee valued at £36.26 from Sainsbury’s. Conditional discharge for six months, £35 court costs, £15 victim surcharge.

Carole Burgess, 24, John Street, Worksop. Stole lamb joints worth £65 from Aldi. Conditional discharge for six months, pay compensation £65.

Christopher Bickerton, 32, of no fixed address. Stole air fresheners from Halfords in Mansfield and £70 of tinned food from Asda in Mansfield. Prison sentence for 70 days.

John Shaw, 33, of Frederick Street, Sutton. Trespassed a building and stole a copper cistern and copper piping. Community order, £60 victim surcharge.

MOTORING

Joel Moran, 38, Gladstone Street, Worksop. Driving without licence or insurance. Case proved in absence. Licence endorsed with six penalty points, fined £600, £85 court costs, £15 victim surcharge.

Daniel Peter Kirkby, 33, Gainsborough Road, Everton. Drink driving. Banned from driving for 17 months, licence endorsed, fined £400, £85 court costs, £40 victim surcharge.

Lorri-Anne Morris, 23, Sime Street, Worksop. Driving without licence or insurance. Licence endorsed with six penalty points, fined £100, £85 court costs, £15 victim surcharge.

Antony David Newbury, 20, Longfellow Drive, Worksop. Dangerous driving and attempted to steal scrap metal belonging to North Notts College. Community order for 12 months to include 120 hours unpaid work, driving ban for 12 months, licence endorsed, pay compensation £200, £60 victim surcharge.

Mondi Bega, 46, Red Oaks Court, Warsop. Driving without insurance. Fined £110 and told to pay £85 costs £15 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with six penalty points.

Samuel John Oliver, 22, of Springs Lane in Sturton-le-Steeple. Pleaded guilty to speeding down the A1133 at Laughterton, near Fenton and Gainsborough, on 10th October last year. Fined £240 and ordered to pay £24 victim surcharge and £85 in costs to Lincolnshire Police. Driving licence endorsed with five points.

Louise Thomas, 45, Woodhouse Lane, Bolsover. Failed to give the identification of the driver of a car alleged to have been speeding. Fined £600, ordered to pay £200 costs, £15 surcharge and given six penalty points.

Simon Philip Tomkinson, 45, Clipstone Road West, Forest Town. Speeding. Fined £280, ordered to pay £85 costs, £15 surcharge and driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.

Gary John Cockerill, 36, Long Dale, Forest Town. Speeding. Fined £200, ordered to pay £85 costs, £15 surcharge and licence endorsed with six penalty points. Avoided a driving ban because the court was told it could lead to him losing his job.

Paul Stone, 33, Second Avenue, Forest Town. Failed to give the identification of the driver of a car alleged to have been speeding. Fined £600, ordered to pay £85 costs, £15 surcharge and licence endorsed with six penalty points. The speeding charge was withdrawn.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

Shane John Hulls, 23, Cobwell Road, Retford. Damaged a property in Wharton Street, Retford, belonging to Rooftop Estate and Lettings to value of £6,821.92. Prison sentence for 18 weeks suspended for a year, pay compensation £500.

FRAUD

Lawrence Siaw, 38, Festival Close, Kiveton Park. Gave false details to obtain mobile phone and contract. Community order for 12 months to include 120 hours unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge.

VIOLENCE

Trevor Philpott, 47, Silver Court, South Avenue, Rainworth. Used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards a female. Given a community order, made to pay £50 compensation, £60 victim surcharge.

Arun Dale Vaughan, 27, Coxs Lane, Mansfield Woodhouse. Threatened a male and a female. Jailed for 18 weeks and given a restraining order not to contact either person.

OTHER

David Jonathon Grice, 29, Ash Vale Road, Walseby. Breached restraining order that prohibited him from contacting a female. Given community order and told to pay £60 surcharge.
