The following people have recently appeared in court at Rotherham, Worksop and Mansfield:

Motoring

Daniel Davies, 23, of Queens Crescent, Bawtry. Drove a vehicle without insurance. Fined £100, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and six month driving ban.

Daniel Rhodes, 24, of Holmefield Road, Whitwell. Speeding. Fined £60, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and licence endorsed with three points.

Jamie Morris, 25, of Suffolk Grove, Bircotes. Drove a vehicle whilst disqualified, without insurance and failed to report an accident. Eight week prison sentence suspended for 12 months, drug rehabilitation, 12 month driving ban, fined £600.

Marie Mitchell, 51, of Rayton Spur, Worksop. Failed to provide breath test. Fined £110, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and licence endorsed with 10 points.

Sharon Colbeck, 55, of Sandymount, Harworth. Drink driving. Fined £235, £23 victim surcharge, £85 costs and 16 month driving ban.

Rodney West, 68, of Redforde Park Avenue, Retford. Drink driving. Fined £130, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and 17 month driving ban.

Andrew Barney, 47, of Town Street, Sutton, Retford. Drink driving. Fined £350, £35 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Theft

Robert Johnstone, 37, of no fixed abode. Stole tools, documents, hi-vis vests and chocolates from Notts County Council. Failed to surrender at court. Sent to prison for 84 days.

Lee Hamshaw, 31, of Garside Street, Worksop. Stole gammon worth £24 from Sainsbury’s, used threatening behaviour. Community order nine months, drug rehabilitation, £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Lee Pressley, 41, of Raines Avenue, Worksop. Stole a van and a car, drove while disqualified and without a licence. Sixteen week prison sentence suspended for 12 months, 12 month driving ban.

David Howard, 42, of Gateford Road, Worksop. Stole meat worth £41.31 from Marks and Spencer, Worksop. Conditional discharge for 12 months, £41.31 compensation and £15 victim surcharge.

Susan Fitton, 56, of High Street, Ordsall, Retford. Stole money from Superdrug by charging customers for unscanned goods. Community order 12 months, £350 compensation, £60 victim surcharge.

Jamie Morris, 25, of Suffolk Grove, Bircotes. Stole socks worth £24 from Matalan. Eight week prison sentence suspended for 12 months.

Colin Mattey, 26, of Portland Street, Worksop. Stole a leg of lamb worth £7.95 from Farmfoods. Fined £70, £7.95 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £10 costs.

Ami Downs, 27, of Potter Street, Worksop. Stole jewellery worth £28.39 from British Heart Foundation. Conditional discharge for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge and £60 costs

Drugs

Alex Kinsey, 26, of Kings Mead, Ordsall, Retford. Possession of cannabis. Fined £70, £20 victim surcharge, £10 costs and the drugs to be destroyed.

Damage

Matthew Snow, 21, of Lady Walk, Gateford, Worksop. Caused criminal damage to vehicles. Community order, 150 hours unpaid work, 12 month drink banning order from 13 pubs, £915 compensation.

Scott Wright, 24, of Mary Street, Rhodesia, Worksop. Damaged a glass door panel. Community order for 18 months, three month electronic curfew 8pm to 5.30am, restraining order, £100 compensation.

Other

Ben Cressingham, 22, of Holmes Road, Retford. Used threatening and abusive language towards another person. Six week prison sentence suspended for 12 months, 120 hours unpaid work, £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Steven Adlington, 38, of Poplar Street, Retford. Possession of a large kitchen knife in a public place, possession of amphetamine and MCAT. Community order 12 months, 100 hours unpaid work, electronic curfew 7pm to 7am, £60 victim surcharge and knife to be destroyed.

Mark Tunley, 50, of Shepherds Avenue, Worksop. Found in possession of ammunition in excess of quantity allowed on fire. Fined £400, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs and all ammunitiion to be destroyed.
