David Potts, 25, of Cavendish Road, Worksop. Assaulted a man by beating him. Six month community order made with curfew requirement. Ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £150 and a victim surcharge of £60. Will pay £50 in compensation to the victim.

Nicholas Qualters, 27, of John Street, Worksop. Assaulted a police officer in the execution of their duty. Community order made with 10 day rehabilitation requirement and 100 hours of unpaid work. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs, a victim surcharge of £60 and a criminal courts charge of £150. Must pay £50 in compensation to the victim.

Karl Williams, 23, of Pickard Street, Mansfield. Assaulted a woman by beating her. Committed to prison for 12 weeks.

Henry Baker, 47, of West Grove Road, Retford. Without reasonable excuse, went within 100m of an address in Retford while prohibited from doing so under a non-molestation order. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement of 30 days. Must also complete 60 hours of unpaid work, pay £200 in court costs and a £60 victim surcharge.

Vincent Cullen, 26, of of Spital Hill, Retford. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order by interfering with electronic monitoring tag. Community order made with curfew requirement of four months.

Kyrzystof Dzialek, 30, of Vicar’s Walk, Worksop. Used a colour television receiver without a licence. Fined £200. Also ordered to pay £120 court costs and a victim surcharge of £20.

Lee Ellis, 38, of The Grange, Retford. Used a colour television receiver without a licence. Fined £110. Also ordered to pay £120 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Katie Evans, 30, of Clarence Road, Worksop. Used a colour television receiver without a licence. Finrd £60. Also ordered to pay £120 court costs and a victim surcharge of £20.

MOTORING

Julian Robinson, 46, of Park Street, Worksop. Drove a motor vehicle on a public road without insurance. Fined £600. Driving record endorsed with three points. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £60.

Wayne Bramhald, 50, of London Road, Retford. Speeding. Fined £500. Drivig record endorsed with three points. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £50.

Alexander Dowie, 22, of Rectory Road, Retford. Speeding. Fined £80. Driving record endorsed with three points. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20.

DAMAGE

Dean Lane, 35, of London Road, Retford. Without lawful excuse, damaged a window pane to a value unknown. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement. Restraining order made.

THEFT

Paul Stafford, 37, of Nottingham Road, Mansfield. Stole various items of clothing, to a value of £727, belonging to Marks and Spencer’s. Fined £70. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £80 and a victim surcharge of £20.

John Redman, 32, of Austin Close, Mansfield. Having entered as a trespasser a building, namely an outhouse, stole boxes of tools to a value unknown. Community order made with supervision requirement and 50 hours of unpaid work. Also ordered to pay £40 court costs, a £60 victim surcharge and £10 compensation.

Adam Billyeald, 34, of Station Road, Mansfield. Stole a solero and calypso ice-cream, to the value of £2.50, belonging to WHSmith’s. Discharged conditionally for six months. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £150, a victim surcharge of £15 and compensation of £2.50.

Alison Prendergast, 31, of Layton Avenue, Mansfield. Stole bottles of suncream, to the value of £200, belogning to Llyod’s Pharmacy. Fined £85. Also ordered to paya criminal courts charge of £150 and compensation of £200.

Nicki Hartwright, 35, of Westfield Lane, Mansfield. Stole blue tooth equipment from a Renault scenic, to a value unknown. Community order made with 100 hours of unpaid work. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £180, £85 court costs and a victim surcharge of £60.
