A FUNERAL directors from Bawtry has won a customer care award.

W E Pinder & Son were presented with a Funeral Service Customer Care Award at the recent National Funeral Exhibition.

The awards are based on responses to a national survey of clients who purchased a funeral prepayment plan.

Results showed that 50 per cent of clients were ‘very satisfied’ by the service provided by W E Pinder & Son, while 50 per cent were ‘satisfied.’ Everyone said they would recommend the plan to someone else.

““Funeral directors provide a very personal service but don’t always get the recognition they deserve,” said Graham Williams of Funeral Planning Services.

“We have worked with W E Pinder & Son Ltd since 1998 and we are delighted that they won this award.”
