EVERY cuppa drank at Retfod Morrisons saw them give five pence to a national charity appeal at a special fundraiser day.
The national Morrisons' promotion took place in Retford last week to reach out to both young and old with half the money raised going to Help the Aged and half to Childline.

Dubbed the Stop for Tea promotion, the initiative was launched in Morrisons' cafe before being rolled out in stores across the country.

Steve Rawlings, who is acting deputy manager at the store on Idle Valley Road, says the store is fully behind both charities.

"They are both really worthwhile charities to support and it's good to be able to help both the young and the old in one charity initiative," he said.

"We are pleased to see that people having a drink in the store were also supporting charity."
