WIN tickets to country show

ROBIN Hood and his merry men will be coming to Newark this month for the popular game and country show.

And we've got 10 family tickets to giveaway to this fabulous annual event.

Always a popular choice for families the Robin Hood Game and Country Show arrives at Newark and Notts Showground on the Saturday 17th October and Sunday 18th October.

It promises to be a fun filled family day out with lots of entertainment to suit everyone.

Guests have the chance to meet Robin Hood and friends, who will be leaving Sherwood Forest for the weekend to visit the show.

There will be plenty to wow the crowds with sword demonstrations, story telling and re-enactments.

Dog lovers can head for the dog displays and for those that enjoy something a bit different – there's even a sheep shearing show.

Visitors keen on feathered friends should look out for the falconry demonstrations.

As well as that there's ferret racing and over 200 stalls and stands.

And there'll be lots on offer for the all ages including an inflatable fun zone, water zorbing archery, shooting and children's quadbikes.

The gates open from 10am to 5pm. Tickets cost 10 per adult and 3 for children at the gate.
