Fighting for the rights of those in need
Having failed to send any of their staff to a meeting with disabled groups in Worksop that I helped convene, Notts County Council have now pressed ahead with their restrictions on parking in Bridge Street without the very sensible and modest compromise that the meeting proposed.
We need to keep fighting for services
Our campaign for a bus station is beginning to pay dividends as officials at County Hall in Nottingham have been fired into action and are acquiring land that could be used.
