Reginald (Tony) Moore : Obituary
MR R. MOORE (of Anston) Former Worksop resident, Mr Reginald Moore (Tony), of Devonshire Drive, has passed away at Rotherham Hospital, following a long illness aged 81. He leaves his partner Mrs King. Born in Kilton Hospital and educated at Redlands School, Tony, a miner, had been a resident in Worksop all his life apart for the last 17 years. As a boy, he played football and more recently loved to go dancing, play bowls and enjoyed watching football and horseracing. The funeral service was conducted by Anne Rutherford at St John’s Church, Worksop and was followed by cremation at Sherwood Forest Crematorium, Ollerton.
